We have enhanced the priority sales feature, giving you more flexibility over who can buy tickets for high-profile games. Follow these steps to set up priority sales for your fixture.
Step 1: Access the Fixture
Click ‘View’ on the fixture you want to set up priority sales for.
In the top right-hand corner, select ‘Manage’.
Choose ‘Schedule Sales’.
Step 2: Enable Priority Access
Toggle ‘Priority Access’ ON.
Choose whether priority should be for Season Ticket Holders or Priority Fans.
Step 3: Set Up Priority Rules
✅ If you select Season Ticket Holders, choose one of the following:
Specified Number – Set how many tickets each season ticket holder can buy.
Number of Season Tickets Held – Fans can buy as many tickets as they have season tickets in their account.
Exact Seats (Allocated Seating Only) – Fans can only purchase the same seats as their season tickets.
✅ If you select Priority Fans, control who qualifies by going to the Fan Section of the platform and using the Priority Checkbox.
Step 4: Schedule Priority Sales
Set the start and end date for your priority sales.
Once set, your priority sales will be live, ensuring the right fans get access first! 🎟️🚀
