We have enhanced the priority sales feature, giving you more flexibility over who can buy tickets for high profile games.
This is how to set up priority sales;
Click view on the fixture you want to set up priority sales for
Select 'Manage' in the top right-hand corner
Select 'Schedule Sales'
Toggle on priority access
Select whether you want priority to be for season ticket holders or priority fans
If you select season ticket holders, select the logic you want to use:
Specified number - you decide how many tickets each season ticket holder can buy
Number of season tickets held - fans can buy as many tickets as they have season tickets in their account
Exact seats (allocated seating only) - fans can only purchase the same seats as their season tickets
If you select 'priority fans' you can control who qualifies for this on the fan section of the platform, using the priority checkbox
Finally, set the date you want your priority sales to start and end.
