How is my monthly payment calculated?

The amount of the transfer is equal to your turnover for the month, minus our monthly commission invoice for the same month.
How can I check my invoices?
To download the summary export, go to your artisan back-office, on the 'Balance' page. Go to the dedicated FAQ articles if you need more information.
You will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount of your monthly transfer, as well as a link to your commission invoice at the end of the month.
If something goes wrong, remember to check two things before contacting us:
If the price of your workshop has changed and you haven't specified that you will refuse gift cards bought at the old price, you may occasionally see a change in the amount of the invoice. If you're not sure, check the order date on the invoice.
If a customer has benefited from a discount, this will be deducted from your service invoice and will affect our commission invoice: Wecandoo's margin will be affected, but not yours 😊.
When will I receive my payment?
Your monthly payment is scheduled for the 5th of the month: the money will therefore arrive in your bank account between the 5th and the 10th of each month, for the workshops of the previous month. For example, your May workshops will be paid between the 5th and 10th of June.
