Invoices are generated by Wecandoo 4 days after the date of the workshop. They are made out in your name and sent to the client. The mandate to issue our invoices in your name is included in the terms and conditions you signed when you joined Wecandoo. You will find your service invoices in your artisan back-office under 'Invoicing'.

You will be able to:

  • Group service invoices for each workshop by month.

  • Download individual service invoices. Each individual service invoice is stored under the relevant workshop tab. You can see if the booking was paid for by credit card, gift card or a combination of the two. Commission is not included.

  • If a customer has received a discount, this will be deducted from your invoice for the service and will affect our commission invoice: Wecandoo's margin will be affected, but not yours 😊.

💡 Good to know: if your workshop's price and you haven't specified that you will refuse gift cards bought at the old price, you may occasionally see the amount of the invoice change. If you are in any doubt, please contact us and send us the date of the invoice and the gift card.
