We've taken the feedback we've received from our artisans and developed a system of customisable notifications to suit you and your reality 🙏.
What are the customisable notifications ?
🔔 New bookings notifications
You can choose between :
A notification for each new booking
By email, SMS or both
And/or a weekly notification summarising bookings for the last 7 days
By email only
🔔 Notifications to remind you of an upcoming confirmed slot
You can choose between :
A notification 3 days before the workshop
By email, SMS or both
And/or a same-day notification
By email, SMS or both
🔔 Monthly transfer and commission invoice notifications
You can choose whether or not to receive these at the end of each month, by email. Otherwise, this information will remain available on your Artisan Area.
How do I set it up?
It couldn't be easier: just go to your artisan back-office and click on the 'Settings' tab. You can then set it up as you wish. Please note: there must be at least one type of notification for each situation listed. By default, all the alerts are enabled, except for the weekly booking alert, which can be sent by email.
