Wondering when and how customers are contacted for workshops?

When you add new slots 

Two types of customer are contacted when you add new slots to your calendar.

  • Participants who have a pending booking for your workshop following a cancellation by you or them (within the deadline).

  • Customers who have not yet registered but would like to be notified when new slots are added. This option is available on your workshop page by clicking on 'View slots'. The customer will then be asked to enter their email address to receive the notification.

Automatic reminders

People who have a gift card for your workshop have one year to use it. During this year we will send them automatic emails. These emails are progressive and are addressed either to the recipient of the gift card if their email address was provided at the time of purchase, or to the purchaser of the gift card if we do not have the recipient's contact details.

These reminders are sent on average every 45 days.
