📤 Move a customer to another slot

Wondering how to move a customer's booking to another time slot?

In order to postpone a customer's booking, you must have their permission: either because they have asked you directly, or because you have taken the time to contact them and get their permission.

If this is the case, contact us via the chat box in your artisan back-office or by email (artisans@wecandoo.com) with all the necessary information:

  • Your first name and last name

  • Booking number

  • Original date

  • Target date
