To move forward with an immigrant's request and initiate the case process, you can convert a ticket by following these steps:
If you determine that the immigrant's request can proceed, simply click the "Convert" button.
Additionally, you have the option to include a designated template called procedure within the converted ticket. This allows you to utilize predefined template items, such as invoices, forms, tasks, and more, which automatically generate within your cases.
The ticket will be automatically transformed into a case, appearing in your cases table for easy management and tracking.
A new client profile will be generated within the Clients menu, preserving all the prospective immigrant's data provided in the ticket.
This feature saves time since you only need to fill in any additional required information to progress the case.
Note: If you have Institution Admin access, you may also have the option to convert a ticket to another organization within your institution. This enables the creation of clients and case data within the designated organization.
