What are Case Contributors?

Updated over 2 years ago

Case Contributors are individuals who actively participate and contribute to the progress and management of cases. They play a crucial role in supporting the case and ensuring its smooth handling.

They may collaborate on tasks, provide updates, communicate with clients, attach documents, record case notes, track deadlines, and perform other necessary actions to advance the case.

Case Contributors can opt to receive email notifications regarding any updates or changes made in the case. These notifications help keep them informed and facilitate prompt action.

If your organization has Institution level access, you have the additional capability to categorize case contributors based on access groups. This feature allows you to organize and manage case contributors according to their specific roles, responsibilities, or permissions within the institution.

By involving multiple Case Contributors, the Cases facilitates effective collaboration, enabling seamless communication and coordination among the individuals involved in managing immigration cases.
