How to Update a Ticket?

To make changes to a ticket that has already been created, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Ticket lists page and locate the specific ticket you want to update.

  2. Click on the "More options" button associated with the ticket.

  3. Select the "Edit" option.

  4. The Edit Ticket modal will appear, allowing you to update the desired data.

  5. Make the necessary modifications to the ticket details.

  6. Save the changes by clicking the save button in the Edit Ticket modal.

Alternatively, you can also access the Ticket Details page and click on the "More options" button to open the Edit Ticket Modal. From there, you can update the ticket details as required.

By following these steps, you can easily update the information and make necessary modifications to a ticket, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for effective ticket management.
