There are multiple ways to assign contributors to a ticket.
New Ticket Modal
When creating a new ticket, you have the option to directly assign a contributor to the ticket. This ensures that the contributor is associated with the ticket from the beginning.
Edit Ticket Modal
In the Edit Ticket Modal, accessed through the More options icon, you can assign a contributor to the ticket. This allows you to add or modify contributors after the ticket has been created.
You also have the ability to assign case contributors directly within Ticket Convert Modal. When you convert the ticket to a case, the assigned case contributors will be automatically included in the case.
By utilizing these methods, you can easily assign contributors to tickets, ensuring the right individuals are involved in the ticket and eventual case management process.
