Client's Profile Page

Client's Profile Page

To manage a client's profile, follow these steps:

  1. All cases associated with the client will be displayed in the Case(s) section, allowing easy access to any specific case.

  2. You can store various data about the client in different tabs, such as Profile, Relationships, Account, Ledger, Personal Documents, and Homework. Each tab serves a specific purpose for managing client-related information.

  3. Use the inner left sidebar to access more specific data within each tab.

  4. In the center section, fill in the client's details based on the selected tab. For example, you can add personal information in the Profile tab, relationships in the Relationships tab, and financial data in the Ledger tab.

  5. The right sidebar allows you to add notes about the client and check for any client duplicates, ensuring data accuracy.

For certain fields like Addresses, Contacts, Education/Employment, EAD, I-94, Trips, Passports, Visa Entry, Groups, and Relationships (Spouse, Child, Siblings, Other related relationships), you can add an unlimited number of related fields to capture comprehensive information.

Some fields support autofill data, streamlining data entry for repetitive information, making the process more efficient and organized.

In FastVisa, every person involved in a case is considered a client with relationships. This approach allows for flexible customization of complicated relationships without duplicating client data.
