To save the necessary documents for case progression, like passports or travel documents, you can use the Supporting Document section in FastVisa. Here's how:
Click the plus button.
Choose to upload files from your computer or load documents you've added before in the Document menu within Client's Profile Data.
You can directly drop files (maximum 10 files) into the gray area or click the gray area to browse and select files.
The files will automatically load into the Supporting Document's Module.
You can preview a file by clicking the Eye icon.
You can also download it using the Download icon so you can check the documents offline.
Click the Edit icon to change the supporting document's title.
To make the document visible to the client in their portal, tick the checkbox.
Click the Update button to save your changes.
As step 2 referred, to upload your client's personal documents directly from their profile, follow these steps:
Go to the intended client's profile.
Click the "Personal Documents" tab.
Upload the required documents.
Once you upload your client's documents here, you'll be able to access them from any case related to the client.

Notes:
Supporting Documents are documents that are shared within the case#show. Usually, it can be from one or more clients.
Personal Documents are documents that are assigned to a specific client's data. You can upload it from the client's profile.
You can only upload maximum of 10 documents at once. If a file is too big, you can reduce its size by compressing it before uploading.
Supporting documents can also be added to the Support Documents module or Documents menu by Verifying homework. Once homework is verified, it becomes a Supporting Document.
Document Preview Limitation: Only files up to 100MB can be previewed. Larger files must be downloaded to be viewed.
