Within a Case or the Document menu, you have the flexibility to upload and manage supporting documents efficiently. Here's how you can do it:
Searching for Documents
Use the search bar to easily find specific documents by their names.
Document Lists
You'll find a comprehensive list of documents already uploaded within your organization.
Sorting Options
Sort all documents based on your preference - choose from Latest, Oldest, Name Ascending, and Name Descending.
Thumbnail View
For a visual preview, view the uploaded files in a thumbnail format.
List View
Alternatively, switch to a list format for a more organized view of the documents.
Upload Documents
Select the files you want to upload from your computer. You can choose one or multiple files at a time.
Notes:
You can only upload a maximum of 10 documents at once. If a file is too big, you can reduce its size by compressing it before uploading.
