What is the difference between documents, personal documents, and supporting documents?

Updated over 2 years ago

FastVisa offers three distinct document spaces to cater to various document management needs for you and your team members:

  1. Personal Documents

    Personal Documents

In this space, you can upload documents that are specifically associated with a particular client. You can easily upload personal documents from the Client's Profile by navigating to the documents tab. Additionally, these personal documents can be utilized within the case#show by accessing them from the client's profile documents section.

  2. Supporting Documents

    Supporting Documents

This space is designed to streamline document management within case#show. There are two main ways to use this space:

    • When you add clients to the client's module, you can conveniently add their documents to the supporting document module.

    • If you verify a document's homework, the uploaded document will also be listed in the supporting document module.

  3. Documents

The general "Documents" space is intended to collect all the documents that have been uploaded within your organization. It serves as a central repository for various documents, making it easier to access and manage files efficiently.
