To identify and review client duplicates based on the first and last name filled in the ticket, follow these steps:

  1. In the Client's profile page, scroll the page to find and click on the duplicate icon on the right sidebar.

  2. Overview of the duplicate data displayed in the right sidebar.

  3. If you determine that a client is not a duplicate and it belongs to a different person despite having the same name, you can click the "Dismiss" button to remove it from the duplicate detection.

  4. For a more detailed review of the ticket duplicates, click the "View Client" button.

By following these steps, you can easily identify and manage client duplicates, ensuring accurate data and efficient ticket management.
