Checking Ticket Duplicates

To identify and review ticket duplicates based on the first and last name filled in the ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Ticket lists page and click on "View Tickets".

  2. In the Ticket details page, identify the duplicate icons associated with the tickets.

  3. Click on the duplicate icon to access the overview of the duplicate data displayed in the right sidebar.

  4. If you determine that a ticket is not a duplicate and it belongs to a different person despite having the same name, you can click the "Dismiss" button to remove it from the duplicate detection.

  5. For a more detailed review of the ticket duplicates, click the "View Ticket" button.

By following these steps, you can easily identify and manage ticket duplicates, ensuring accurate data and efficient ticket management.
