You can duplicate, close, delete, or reopen a case by simply going to the intended case#show, then:
Click the Settings icon on the top right sidebar.
Choose the desired actions:
Duplicate
If you need to create a similar case based on an existing one, saving you the effort of replicating all the case details individually.
Close
If the case has been successfully completed or if you no longer intend to progress with it.
Delete
If you have decided not to proceed with the case anymore and wish to remove it from the system entirely.
Reopen
If you have decided to proceed with a closed case.
Click on the chosen action to execute it. The case will be deleted, closed, duplicated, or reopened accordingly.
Notes:
Cases have three statuses to help you better identify them. The three statuses are Open, Pending, and Closed.
