How to Manage Client’s Relationships Data?

FastVisa provides a Client's Relationship section for client data so you can manage all your client's relationships effortlessly. From Parents, Spouses, Children, and Siblings to any other customized relationship like friends or caregivers, you have complete control over the labels.

This helps you gain a better understanding of each client's network, allowing you to provide personalized and attentive service. With our simple and intuitive interface, organizing and tracking important relationships becomes more effective.

Here's how to use the client's relationship features:

  1. Click on the "Relationships" tab to access the relationship section.

  2. Once you're in the Relationships tab, you'll find the "Relationship Atlas" section, which maps all your clients' relationships for easy management. This provides an overview of all relationships your clients have.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on any client's relationships to quickly update some of their profiles.

  4. To update or delete a specific relationship, click on the "more options" icon. Select "Edit" to be redirected to that relationship's profile page.

  5. You can add custom relationships using the "Other Related" section, where you can label them as per your preference. To make them auto-fillable in forms, change them to existing relationship labels such as Parents, Spouses, Siblings, or Children provided by FastVisa.

  6. For quick updates on relationship data, click on the intended relationship from the left navigation. You'll access the "Nature of Relationship" section to make updates regarding the relationship with the client.

  7. Directly update the relationship profile by clicking "Edit [Relationship's Name's] Profile."

  8. On a specific relationship page, scroll down to find the "Profile" section, enabling quick updates on some of the relationship's profile data.

  9. If your relationship has relationships that haven't been added to your relationship list, you can easily add them by clicking "Add relationships to [Client's Name]."

With this user-friendly feature, managing client relationships becomes a breeze, allowing you to keep all connections organized and up-to-date.
