Case Grouping
Unassigned Cases
Contains cases with no assigned contributors. You can assign them from the Control Center.
Case Opened this Month
Lists cases that were opened within the current month.
Case Closed this Month
Displays cases that were closed within the current month.
Pending Cases
Shows all cases that are currently pending within the organization. This provides an overview of the cases' status.
Downloading Case Lists
You have the option to save the lists within each case group by clicking the Download icon on the intended Cases group you want to export.
Analytics in the Right Sidebar
The Control Center also provides valuable analytics generated by the FastVisa system for your organization. These analytics include:
Case Load Distribution
An overview of the distribution of cases within your firm.
Procedure Distribution
Insights into the distribution of different legal procedures across cases.
Tasks by Completion
Overview of tasks categorized based on their completion status.
Tasks by Urgency
Insights into tasks categorized by their urgency level.
Tasks Due in Next 30 Days
Provides a list of tasks that are due within the next 30 days.
Hide/Show Case Lists
You have the option to hide or show the case lists within each case group by clicking the hide or show link beside each case group section.
