Understanding Analytics in Control Center

In the Control Center menu, you can access valuable analytics that provides insights into various aspects of your case management and team member performance.

Here's what each analytics section offers:

  1. Case Load Distribution

    • It helps you understand the level of case involvement for each team member, indicating who has the most cases assigned to them.

  2. Procedure Distribution

  3. Tasks by Completion

    • It categorizes tasks into two groups: "Incomplete" and "Complete," providing insights into task completion rates.

  4. Tasks by Urgency
