Here's an overview of how to interpret and use these graphs:

  1. Total Amount

The stacked bar graphs display the total amount of the selected invoices or payments from all statuses. This gives you an overview of the overall financial activity within your organization.

  2. Status Selection

You can customize the view by selecting or deselecting specific invoice statuses. Simply tick or untick the checkboxes next to each status. To deselect all statuses at once, you can click the "Deselect All" option at the bottom of the container.

  3. Analytics Overview

You have the option to view the analytics overview for either Invoices or Payments. This allows you to focus on the financial data or case management data, depending on your needs.

  4. Time Range

You can select the time range you want to analyze by choosing a custom date or quick options such as "This Week," "This Month," or "This Year."

  5. Grouping

The graphs can be grouped either by Status or Procedure. This helps you to understand the distribution of data based on these categories.

  6. Filter Indicators

The selected filters for viewing the graph are shown at the top, making it easy to understand the current configuration. In the example, the graph is shown in the "Day Interval," with a date range of "---," and grouped by Status.

  7. Stacked Bar Overview

Each invoice status is represented by a different color in the stacked bar. For instance, if there are two colors in a bar (blue/Open and green/Paid), it means the blue area indicates $50 of the invoice amount, while the green area indicates the other $50. The total height of the bar represents the combined invoice amount for both statuses.

  8. Procedure Grouping

If you choose to group the graph by Procedure, it will display all procedures used in various cases along with the total amount of invoices associated with each procedure. If there are many procedures, the less significant ones will be aggregated under the "Other" section.

By analyzing these stacked bar graphs and leveraging the provided filters, you can gain valuable insights into the financial and case management aspects of your organization. This data visualization allows you to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement or growth.
