How Do I Invite Guests?

Updated over 2 years ago

At FastVisa, we understand the importance of seamless collaboration with external parties while ensuring the security of case information.

To facilitate this, we offer a convenient Guest Access feature on FastVisa. With Guest Access, you can invite other parties, such as external attorneys or consultants, to work on specific cases they have access to, without granting them full staff or admin privileges.

How Do I Invite Guests?

To get started with Guest Access, follow these simple steps:

  1. Request 'Guest Access' from FastVisa Team

Contact our dedicated FastVisa team and request the activation of Guest Access for your organization. Once enabled, you'll be ready to invite guests to collaborate efficiently.

  2. Inviting Guests to FastVisa

Once you have Guest Access available, follow these steps to invite guests:

    • Go to the Team Members menu in FastVisa.

    • Click on the 'Add People' button.

    • Enter your guest's first and last name, along with their email address. If needed, you can invite multiple guests simultaneously, as long as they have the same role.

    • Check the available seats and guests you can add from the counter, which indicates how many users you can invite to your organization.

    • Select the role of the guest (e.g., Attorney, Consultant, etc.).

    • Choose the access expiration date for the guest account to ensure secure access.

  3. Send the Invitation

Click the 'Send Invitation' button, and FastVisa will send an email invitation to your guest's provided email address.

Upon receiving the invitation, your guest can set up their FastVisa account, granting them access as guests. They will only be able to view and progress cases they have permission to work on, ensuring a streamlined and secure case management process.

We value security and effective collaboration, and with FastVisa's Guest Access, you can foster successful partnerships while maintaining control over your case information.
