For events booked well in advance, you can choose to set up a deposit structure.

How Deposits Work

  • Deposits secure your booking and hold your staff for the event date.

  • Terms and details are worked out on a case-by-case basis with your Event Concierge

  • Usually covers a minimum of 20% of the event total.

  • The full balance is due before the event, your Event Concierge will work with you to arrange final payment.

When Deposits Are Available (examples)

  • Weddings or galas booked months ahead

  • Corporate activations planned over multiple days

  • Recurring vendor bookings
