Your Event Concierge will do their best to accommodate any requests for last-minute changes, or adjustments including adding additional staff.

Adjust timing, staff count, or other event details with at least 48-72 hours’ notice by contacting your Event Concierge to avoid any additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Whether you require a full or partial cancellation our policy allows for flexible changes within a reasonable timeframe.
Policy for Partial Cancellations (lowering staff count):
More than 48 hours before event: No penalty.
Less than 48 hours: 20% cancellation fee (applies only to reduced staff).
Policy for Full Cancellations:
More than 72 hours before event: No penalty.
Less than 72 hours: 20% cancellation fee.
Why Notice Matters
Short-notice cancellations directly impact staff scheduling and operations. We appreciate early communication whenever possible. It helps ensure that our staff are not left without an event to work at (and compensation) under short notice.
We’ll always try to accommodate late changes, even inside windows, subject to feasibility.
