How many bartenders should I book? Start at 1 per 75 (light drinkers, casual event) or 1 per 35–50 (cocktail‑forward, full service bars).
Can I hand‑pick staff? Yes, for most staff roles, in addition to tailoring your staff to your preferences, we also offer the option to hand-pick your staff from selected bios as well as conduct optional interviews for certain roles (XM/sales staff).
Can I rent mobile bars/glassware without staff? Yes.
Payment methods? Do you store my info? We accept all credit cards (including American Express), Apple/Google Pay, PayPal as well as payment by e‑Transfer/cheque by arrangement. We do not store any info; we work with third party services like PayPal/Stripe to process credit card data.
Do you accept deposits instead of full payment? Yes. Available for advance bookings way ahead of event date(s). Full payment is still due before event start.
Cancellations/changes? Flexible windows; short‑notice fees apply (20% if notice given within 48hr or less), see our full policy article.
Uniforms? Depending on staff role, we provide standard professional black/white bistro and uniforms; Experiential marketing staff (brand ambassadors, promo models) wear any required branded uniforms or conform to any desired custom look.
Do you provide beverage procurement/delivery? Yes. Available by arrangement.
What if I have a last‑minute bookings? No problem, while we cannot guarantee staff, we are generally able to accommodate even the most last-minute orders. Contact us directly (the earlier the better we can work to resolve your request).
Can I keep my staff for longer than scheduled? Yes. After checking with the on-site staff about your extension request, please let your Event Concierge know by email/text if you plan on keeping staff longer than originally booked. There are no additional fees, extensions are billed post‑event at the same applicable hourly rate.
Are your staff insured, certified? Always. Smart serve, WSIB and event insurance is standard. Additional PAL insurance for private events is available for purchase. Our staff are employees; we do not use contractor-gig type labor.
