Please make sure your profile is always kept up-to-date so the correct information is added to your reservations where required.
From the Hey Menu at the top right of the screen, select My Account
Go to My Profile
You can now add any key information such as passport details, emergency contact details, date of birth, etc. Just click on 'Edit' in the field you would like to adjust and update your details.
IMPORTANT: The name in your profile must match your travel documents (e.g. your passport). Please ensure this is correct before you do anything else.
