Bulk Upload Lot Sales: Option for quick input of large volume of sales.

Land Loan (Provisioned) Rollover: Additional option to select Fixed or Extended senior facility on rollover (Fixed Limit reduces available drawdown; Extended Limit increases total facility amount and LVR).
Land_Rental Costs: Rate type dropdown %/ rental income added (Member Request)
Summary GST View: New toggle in the Summary tab to switch between GST Ex and GST Inc views. (Member Request)
Senior Debt: New LVR option based on Total Construction Costs (TCC).
Land Loan (Serviced): Added Land Valution manual input option.
Land Loan (Provisioned): Includes additional LVR options and automatic rollover into Senior Debt.

Demo Projects: A new Dashboard tab with demo feasibilities across all development types — add any demo project to the dashboard in one click.
Cost Rate Type Option: “% of construction costs” added rate type in cost categories. (Member Request)
Pre-fill Land Address: Land popup will auto-fill from the project address to save time. (Member Request)
Auto-Distribute Debt Funds (FeaslyPro): One click in Financials > Funding and Feasly auto-distributes debt funds to costs, based on drawdowns and waterfall priority.

Excel Report Downloads: Cashflow & GST summary reports can now be downloaded in Excel format from the Dashboard.
Funding Allocation Split (FeaslyPro): Allocate funding between debt and equity by % directly in the Financials matrix.
GST Report (FeaslyPro): Automated monthly GST cashflow report, split by debt vs equity-funded costs. Downloadable from the Dashboard. (Member Request)
Project Notes: Add notes to projects and scenarios from the dashboard — handy for tracking and collaboration. (Member Request)
