Funding Engine
A complete re-engineering of the Funding section. The new Funding Engine is significantly more powerful and easier to use — all funding sources are now configured through a single unified popup with real-time calculation logic across the entire platform.
The new Funding Engine includes:
Unified Add Funding Source popup for all debt and equity types.
Cost Coverage — manually allocate funding sources across every cost category.
Ex GST / Inc GST funding basis toggle.
Automated waterfall repayment logic.

Scheduling (FeaslyPro)
A brand new drag-and-drop project scheduler. Set the timing, span, and distribution of every cost and revenue item across seven fixed phases. Gantt and Table views. Completing Scheduling unlocks the full Financial Reporting Suite.

Due to the re-engineering of the Funding Engine, funding data has not been ported across from the previous platform. You will need to re-enter your funding sources. We apologise for the inconvenience — the new Funding Engine is significantly more capable and much more user friendly and this was a necessary step. We can access your data if you need it. Message us via in-platform chat.

Project Contingency: due to low usage. If contingency is needed outside of Construction, add a contingency line item directly in the relevant cost category tab.
Feasly Assist + Templates: revamped template section by development type will be available soon.
