Project Profit (Pre-Funding): Total Revenue less Total Development Costs, pre-financing

Total Development Costs: all development costs, excluding funding costs
Project IRR (Unlevered): annualised internal rate of return on the pre-funding cashflow, pre-financing and pre-tax
Project NPV: net present value of the pre-funding cashflow at the Discount Rate set in Financial Settings
