Open feedback Sentiment Analysis

New feature for Feedbackly IQ - get an automatically calculated Sentiment Analysis for your open feedback!

When you have activated open feedback analysis, Feedbackly IQ will automatically run through a Sentiment Analysis that will be visible in your Analytics page. The analysis is divided into Positive, Neutral and Negative sentiment, plus you'll get an Average Sentiment score.

Average Sentiment is the mean value of all sentiment scores assigned to open-ended customer feedback responses. It is calculated by summing the sentiment scores of all individual feedback entries and dividing the total by the number of responses.

How to find the Sentiment Analysis? Just expand any open feedback question that has text analytics activated, and you'll see a new tab 'Sentiment'.
