If you want to cancel Feedbackly subscription, start by informing Feedbackly that you want to resign your Feedbackly subscription. Either send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the chat window inside the Feedbackly Dashboard. After receiving confirmation from us do the following steps below:
The person with the rights to change billing details in your organisation needs to:
Start by logging into the Dashboard and selecting "Settings"
Select "Subscription" and check when the next billing date is. If you wish to end your subscription before the next billing date then select "Billing details" and click the trash can icon to the right of the credit card (marked in the picture with a red square)
Feedbackly support will set your organisation to be automatically be deactivated on the date that your subscription ends. After this date you will no longer be able to log into that specific Feedbackly Dashboard.

Your data will remain safe in your organisation, so if you decide to activate your organisation later on then you can continue where you left off.
