Follow these steps to install the Feedbackly Survey app.
Unlock your iPad
Open the Apple Appstore
In the search bar write Feedbackly and in the results find Feedbackly Customer Survey. Click Get to download the app.
If prompted, confirm that you want to install the iPad app. Wait for the application to download and then press Open.
If you already have a account then log in and skip the following step. If not then you can create a new account straight from the iPad app by simply entering your email and a new password
Check your email and verify your account by opening the link and logging into the Dashboard
Congratulations! You now have your own Feedbackly organisation that enables you to collect feedback and use the powerful analytical tools to get the most out of each response.
The Feedbackly iPad app will suggest a template survey for you to try out.
Open a web browser and log into your new account at https://dash.feedbackly.com/

After publishing your survey to the Feedbackly iPad app, you will likely want to lock the iPad so that customers cannot exit the survey app (Guided Access)
Note that the "Feedbackly Customer Survey" iPad app is only visible in the Apple iPad Appstore. For example if you use an iPhone and try to find it in the App store, you won't find the app.
