Does the feedback terminal on touchpoints tab show that the terminal’s battery is full (100%), but for some terminal(s) the battery is shown as a grey "unknown" element.

If the online section (small ball) next to the battery of the Feedbackly terminal is green - no need to worry! The % -part shown in the battery section only refers to the charge level of the iPad's battery. The green ball on the right indicates whether the survey application is working or not (then it's grey). Sometimes the battery charge level just doesn't sync, but there is no need to worry about that.

If the ball in the online section is gray, please contact our customer support at support@feedbackly.com without delay, so that we can investigate the matter in more detail and make sure that we can get the device online to collect valuable feedback again as soon as possible.
