If you need to restart your feedback terminal, follow these steps:

There are a few ways to do this:

A) If you have a feedback terminal:

Option 1: Press and hold the power button and the home button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the display turns off. The feedback terminal will then restart automatically and you can reopen the Feedbackly application.

Option 2: Press and hold the lock button until you see the “Shut down” option. Move the 'slider' from left to right to turn off the terminal. Wait 15 seconds. Press and hold the lock button again until the Apple logo appears. Open the Feedbackly app.

B) If you have a feedback terminal or a feedback terminal on a stand:

Press the home key. Note that if you are using the Feedbackly feedback terminal on stand, use a paperclip. Then go to the "Other" folder and open "Settings" and go to "General". Select "Reset" and then "reset network settings". This turns the feedback terminal off and on again. You can then restart the Feedbackly application.

Note! If you have a Feedbackly terminal and it is locked in survey mode, then you should unplug the cord from the wall and wait approximately 12 hours for the battery to discharge. When the screen has gone dark then plug the cord back into the power socket to restart the Feedbackly terminal. If necessary, try different power sockets and try removing any extension cords and instead using a direct power socket.
