With this new update it'll be even easier to make your surveys accessible by editing their visual appearance! The accessible theme of your survey’s visual appearance complies with the international accessibility standard WCAG 2.1 conformance level AA.
Accessible survey theme can be applied on any touchpoint – website widgets, link/QR-code, SMS, email, in-store Feedbackly Terminal, etc. Just navigate to Touchpoints and select the touchpoint you'd like to make accessible. Click on the name of the touchpoint, or on the right-hand side on the three dots and select Edit.
At the bottom of the page you'll be able to switch to the new Survey Design and also to the accessible version.
Just check the box next to Accessible design and your survey in this particular touchpoint will be accessible! Remember to save the changes!
