Follow the steps below to get the Survey Design 3.0 into use on existing touchpoints and for all future touchpoints.

How to change existing touchpoints to Survey Design 3.0

Note! If you have an API integration, before changing to the new survey design you will need to make a small addition to your existing API query - see instructions here. If you don’t have API, continue reading the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your Feedbackly dashboard and go to Touchpoints.

  2. Open Touchpoint settings. You’ll see a new dropdown menu where you can change the visual appearance of your active touchpoint.

  3. Change to Survey Design 3.0 (and enable Accessible Design if you wish) and click Save for changes to instantly take effect.

You’re done! Now, repeat this for all touchpoints you wish to change.

How to change all future touchpoints to Survey Design 3.0?

  1. Log in to your Feedbackly dashboard and go to your Organization Settings.

  2. Choose Survey Appearance. You’ll see a new dropdown menu where you can change the visual appearance of the touchpoints you will create in the future.

  3. Change to Survey Design 3.0 (and enable Accessible Design if you wish) and click Save for changes to instantly take effect.

You’re done! From now on, all your new touchpoints will have Survey Design 3.0. Once you’ve changed the survey design, check out the expanded font library.
