Sometimes you might want to launch your Email or SMS campaign as an API action to trigger your survey in a certain way - here's what you need to do!

First, click Launch Survey in Survey management, and choose a survey to launch. Choose either Email or SMS campaign and go forward from the arrow on the bottom of the page. Here just fill in the needed information as usual, and go forward to launching.

From the Survey launch schedule choose to schedule the launch. In the next view you will click on API Action and will be ready to launch your survey as an API action.

If you see this screen, your survey has been successfully launched. Note that you need to remember to copy the API Endpoint id in this view because you won't be able to access it later!
