No. Becoming a Fernwayer affiliate doesn't make you an employee of Fernwayer.
What this means
You take part as an independent party. In practice:
You work on your own terms. You decide how, when, and where you promote Fernwayer, within the program's guidelines.
You're responsible for your own taxes. Fernwayer doesn't withhold them. (More in Do I need to pay taxes on my earnings?)
You can't act on Fernwayer's behalf. You don't have authority to make commitments, sign anything, or speak for Fernwayer — you recommend Fernwayer to your audience, but you're not an official voice for it.
You're an independent partner who earns by referring travelers — nothing more complicated than that.
