Is an Affiliate an Employee of Fernwayer?

FOR AFFILIATES: The independent nature of the affiliate relationship.

No. Becoming a Fernwayer affiliate doesn't make you an employee of Fernwayer.

What this means

You take part as an independent party. In practice:

  • You work on your own terms. You decide how, when, and where you promote Fernwayer, within the program's guidelines.

  • You're responsible for your own taxes. Fernwayer doesn't withhold them. (More in Do I need to pay taxes on my earnings?)

  • You can't act on Fernwayer's behalf. You don't have authority to make commitments, sign anything, or speak for Fernwayer — you recommend Fernwayer to your audience, but you're not an official voice for it.

You're an independent partner who earns by referring travelers — nothing more complicated than that.
