When building an offer in FEVO, you have the ability to customize the confirmation email that your buyers receive. Under the Details tab, you can add specific information related to ticket delivery to ensure that buyers are well-informed about how they will receive their tickets.

Here's how it works:

Ticket Delivery Instructions

The Ticket Delivery Instructions section allows you to provide clear and specific instructions that will appear beneath the purchased tickets section in the confirmation email. These instructions can be customized to address any details that your buyers may need to know about receiving their tickets, such as:

  • Mobile Ticket Instructions: Include directions for accessing mobile tickets via email or app, including how to download or view the ticket on their phone.

  • Will Call Information: Specify where and when buyers can pick up their tickets at the event venue.

  • Other Special Instructions: Add any unique instructions, such as bringing a valid ID for ticket pickup, using a specific gate for entry, or accessing tickets via a third-party platform.

Email Fulfillment Instructions

The Email Fulfillment Instructions section allows you to add any type of custom copy that will appear at the very top of the confirmation email sent to buyers. This is a great way to:

  • Provide a warm, personalized greeting or thank you message.

  • Highlight any important information or updates about the event.

  • Reinforce key details, such as special offers, promotions, or links to additional content (e.g., FAQs, parking information, or event schedules).

  • Include branding elements like your organization’s mission or signature messaging.
