Ticket Delivery Instructions
The Ticket Delivery Instructions section allows you to provide clear and specific instructions that will appear beneath the purchased tickets section in the confirmation email. These instructions can be customized to address any details that your buyers may need to know about receiving their tickets, such as:
Mobile Ticket Instructions: Include directions for accessing mobile tickets via email or app, including how to download or view the ticket on their phone.
Will Call Information: Specify where and when buyers can pick up their tickets at the event venue.
Other Special Instructions: Add any unique instructions, such as bringing a valid ID for ticket pickup, using a specific gate for entry, or accessing tickets via a third-party platform.
