This past year, we've been conducting in-depth research and user interviews capturing feedback on the FEVO ticket buying experience to find ways to increase buyer conversion. Today, we released phase one of a four phase rollout plan, which included various redesign elements and a new ticket buying widget.
Offer Page
The new offer details section is bigger, cleaner, and easier to read.
You can promote your offer with a full image or video.
You can import or enter event information to tell buyers even more about the event apart from the offer information.
Buyers can find their friends right from the offer page before selecting tickets.
Google Maps API has been incorporated to help buyers visualize where your event will be held.
Widget/Purchase Flow
Goodbye cart, hello "Get Tickets." The ticket selection and checkout flows have been combined to make it easier for your buyers to get to the finish line.
Our new widget guides buyers through the purchasing process faster than before. It will slide down from the browser window when "Get Tickets" is selected.
A "Filter Tickets" modal appears to help ticket buyers narrow down which seats they want and their preferred price.
The seat map remains visible for buyers to view the location of their selected seats.
Check out our new, cleaner discount entry process. It's even easier for buyers to enter discount codes from the widget.
Buying is easier than ever. We've removed social login and made guest checkout available to all ticket buyers. Our quantitative A/B testing showed social logins did not improve buyer conversion rate.
Offer Landing Page (our revamped Group Landing Page)
The landing page now has an updated look with filters.
You can now filter by event or date (when there are 9+ outings). This will be extra handy when you want to promote all your group, corporate, and special offers.

You can now view and jump to recently viewed offers.
Global Features (account info; access orders)
Buyers now have a revamped account UI with the added ability to access recently viewed outings. Click "Sign In" from any page to access this and other account features.
Buyers no longer have to wonder where their tickets are "Find Tickets" from the header of any page.
Mobile
FEVO is now more mobile friendly! Our new, responsive design supports your growing number of mobile users on all their devices.
