Auto-Ingesting Events

All events will be automatically ingested daily into FEVO Enterprise using the Item Set.

  1. Daily scheduled job: FEVO Enterprise will call instances each day to search for new events and updates in the event details (dates, times, opponents), ensuring automatic ingestion.

  2. Offer building: Upon building an Offer with Open Inventory, event synchronization will occur, checking for new or updated events. A timestamp below the Event selection field will provide the assurance that data is being updated.

Rep Tags

With Rep Tags, Sales managers can now associate the sales team with Offers. This helps with commission handling or providing enhanced order context. FEVO allows for multiple tags to be set for a comprehensive representation for each user. It's important to note that if a Rep Tag is set, it will be displayed on offers going forward. In addition, once a Rep Tag is added, it will be sent back to AXS in the 'Tags' field.

How it Works:

  1. Select Organizations in the Navigation

  2. View the Sales Team tab

  3. Add the Rep Tag to the associated user

Mobile-Friendly QR Ticket

We're thrilled to introduce a new feature that makes accessing event tickets easier than ever for both buyers and guests. Now, within the Order Confirmation email, you'll find a convenient 'View Your Tickets' button. A simple click will take you to a mobile-friendly page where all your tickets are neatly displayed. This updated QR Ticket page is designed to work seamlessly on mobile devices, ensuring a smooth experience across all screens. Plus, all tickets from the same order will be accessible through one link.

GA Tickets Color Customization

This latest feature offers FEVO Enterprise “Digital with QR” users the ability to tailor their Non-Integrated GA inventory efficiently. By setting distinct colors, scanning and differentiation become easy. Users can ensure cohesive event experiences matching colors to wristbands, enhancing operational efficiency and attendee satisfaction.

How it Works:

  1. Once your GA tickets have been created, select the More Actions dropdown

  2. Click Update Scan Settings

  3. Select your Ticket Type and choose your desired Color

2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

2 Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available for enhanced security: You can now Restrict an Offer by 2 Factor Authentication at the Offer level, adding an extra layer of authenticity to purchases by verifying the buyer's email. This feature, which can operate independently or alongside Promotions, ensures that only legitimate purchases are made.

How it Works:

  1. When building an Offer, navigate to the Details tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Restrict Offer section

  3. Select 2 Factor Authentication

How it Works:

Social Checkout

  1. Once a shopper selects their inventory and enters their payment and billing information, they will select Confirm

  2. A pop-up notification will occur for the shopper to enter their Email Address for verification

  3. A Verification Code is immediately sent via email

  4. The shopper must enter the Verification Code to continue

  5. Confirm Purchase

Credit Card CVV (Security Code) Character Limit

When a shopper is checking out and they enter their Credit Card information, the CVV field is now set to hold a maximum character limit based on credit card type validation, ensuring accurate validation upon order submission. Additionally, the default maximum character limit for CVV is set to 4 characters when no input is provided, optimizing user experience and adherence to security standards.

Updated Payment UX/UI

We're thrilled to announce that a cleaner, more intuitive version of the payments screen within the FEVO Social Checkout will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks. Say goodbye to clutter and hello to a more streamlined checkout process (with radio buttons!). Stay tuned for smoother transactions and a fresh new look.

Updating Prices for Secondary Ticket Types

We have introduced the ability to adjust the price of secondary ticket types when building offers that include both primary and secondary tickets. This includes being able to setup donations for Secondary Ticket Types.

New Add-On Category: Merchandise

We've introduced new Add-On: Merchandise! You can now select 'Merchandise' as an option, enabling the creation of drop-downs for item sizes. Additionally, a new step allows for image uploads, with support for up to 3 images, streamlining the process while maintaining familiarity with the remaining Add-On creation steps.

Filter Offers by Inventory Type in the Offers Dashboard

On the Offers Dashboard, we've introduced Inventory Type Filtering for Sales Managers and Salespersons. Filter Offers by manual, inventory, open inventory to streamline Offer Management.

Manually Input Discount Codes

Now, you can manually input discount codes during setup within the dedicated textbox, along with an 'Add' button, enhancing flexibility and convenience in discount management.

Group Leader Email Notification via Share Link

We've introduced an automated email notification for Group Leaders. Now, whenever someone joins a group using a Share Link, Group Leaders will receive an email notification one time per day, ensuring they stay informed about new group members in real-time.

ADA Toggle for Best Available

Now, if you setup an Offer with 'Start as Best Available' or 'Force Best Available' for shoppers, they will now be able to toggle and search by ADA options.

Enhancements to FEVO's Social Checkout

These enhancements allow fans shopping on your Group Landing Page to purchase multiple inventory types for various events in a single transaction. Gone are the days of checking out separately for every item or event. Now, shoppers will be able to add different events or items and then pay for them all at once.

Clients, meanwhile, will enjoy a new standard for flexibility with our Offer-building experience, mixing and matching items from multiple categories or inventory sources — or even inventing new inventory categories on the fly — to build the ultimate experiences and packages for their fans.

In essence, shoppers get a more streamlined checkout experience while you get the opportunity to entice them with highly targeted cross-sells and upsells, increasing order value while building a deeper connection with your fans.

This means, you can offer exclusive experiences to groups and verify their qualifications and identity directly at Checkout!
