Setting up minimums and maximums for an offer is a powerful way to guide your shoppers’ purchasing decisions. Whether you want to ensure that each customer selects at least one item or limit the quantity they can buy, this feature allows you to create a more controlled and tailored shopping experience.

Here's How to Do it:

  1. When building your Offer or customizing your Offer, head to the Tickets Table.

  2. Select Set Min/Max above the table to the left of the yellow Select Available Inventory Button

  3. Set your minimums and maximums.
Please note: this is available for specific integrations. And, based on your integration, you can set Minimums & Maximums by Price Type or Level.

  4. Once your rules are in place and you Confirm, you can see your rules directly within the Tickets Table as 2 columns.

Here are some use cases for Minimums & Maximums:

  • Use Case: If you're selling group tickets for an event, you might want to require a minimum purchase of 4 tickets. This ensures that only groups can access the offer, which is ideal for events like team outings or family packs.

  • Use Case: When offering a limited-edition product, you might want to limit the number of items each customer can purchase to ensure more people have access.

  • Use Case: For an exclusive event or VIP experience, you might limit the number of tickets one person can purchase to maintain the exclusivity of the event.

  • Use Case: In order to purchase a child or pet ticket, you must purchase an adult ticket.
