Present buyers with an opportunity to purchase items, like parking or food vouchers, at the same time as buying tickets — through Add-Ons!

Create one or more Add-Ons during offer creation or after an offer has been built. Add-Ons can be built by Manual Entry or can be pulled from an Open Inventory Hold Code.

All Add-On items will be displayed after a buyer has selected their initial tickets.

Getting Started

  1. Select the Buyer Options tab.

  2. Then, click the Create New Add-On button.

  3. Select how you'd like to create (Manual Entry) or pull (Open Inventory Hold Code) your Add-On.

    Open Inventory
To build and add-on from Open Inventory, insert the Event Name.

    Please note:

    • A separate event is built for the add-on in Archtics.

    • The correct settings are on the add-on event to give us access

*Please refer to page 7 and 8 of your Setup Guide for additional details.

  4. Insert Add-On details.
One the items are entered, select from 3 different add-on types: (1) priced add-on, (2) donation, or (3) gift. Then, add a title, description, and applicable icon.

  5. Adjust the quantity and price.
Set your available quantity, update the price, and set purchase limits per order. For example: If you want buyers to purchase at least one Add-On for each ticket, select Match Ticket (seat) Quantity under Minimum.

To build another Add-On item, select the Create Add-On button.
