Summary
Many of the following steps guide you to check the select all box to the left of the Status column header. When you do this the forward/back buttons in the upper right of the browser disappear. To bring them back so you can go to the next page, clear the select all box.

Click Archived
Filter dates, customer name, etc.
Find the Work Order
Click Actions on the right side of the row for your specific Work Order

Print it from there.
How to restore a cancelled service
Filter the From and To dates
Filter Status: Cancelled
Click Filter
Find and open the work order to change the status from cancelled to scheduled
Note If it's a series you'll need to re-create the series.
Open the Work Order
Click Edit Series just above and to the right of it
Reconfigure the series from the Schedule tab
Click the Update Series button

Click the down arrow next to the Create Payment button
Click Export
The Payment list in CSV format will be sent to your email address
Click Export
Open the email and save the CSV file to your backup location.
