Summary
Recommendations are the result of your conditions effect. They are observations you pass along to your customer about how to resolve what you see is wrong (pest-wise) with the location. You’ll want to match up your conditions - recommendations so there’s a logical flow that spells it out to the customer. For example, if you find a food debris field from the kitchen to the living room sofa, that is your condition. Sweep it up would be the recommendation.

Create Recommendations at Settings/Recommendations
Click the New Recommendation button in the upper-right corner.
The following are sample recommendations for you to provide your customers. Compare these to the sample conditions.
Inside
Sweep or vacuum daily
Fix broken window or screen
Clean kitchen countertops daily
Minimize food products at workspaces and desks
Reduce clutter to minimize pest activity
Improve sanitation around drains
Securely close exterior doors upon entering or leaving
Clean floor drains every week
Fix leaky pipes and drain lines
Install approved bedbug covers
Install new door sweeps
Install vents and moisture barrier in the crawl space
Patch holes in wall
Repair broken floor tiles and grout
Store products off the floor onto shelves or pallets
Sweep up mice droppings
Close dock doors immediately after truck leaves
Outside
Need to reschedule for exterior work
Maintain a 6 foot space between building and landscaping
Move dumpster away from building
Move wood pile away from building
Reduce watering the lawn/shrubs
Remove ground cover
Remove standing water
Reduce the soil level around the foundation by 3 or 4 inches
Caulk and seal exterior cracks & gaps around windows
Sweep the exterior sidewalk and/or loading dock
Pick up litter, especially food/beverage containers
