Estimates are typically used for high-priced projects. This page allows you to configure the email that will be sent for the Estimate.
Set the starting Estimate number
Configure your email template
Change the default starting number and subject line, if you want.
Make your email template as specific or generic as you like. Currently, we have only one template. If you make estimates for just one type of service, such as termites, then be as specific as necessary.
This email template also has placeholders that you can include in the email. As always, click the Preview button when you think you're done.
From the Dashboard click Sales > Estimates. Click the Create Estimate button. Click the Email button in the upper-right corner. This is where you'll see the contents of your Estimate email template.
