Our Dashboard offers a high-level overview of your business though 9 Widgets.

Key Points

  • Manage your Widgets through the Widgets button

  • Click a Widget button to show it or hide it

  • Each Widget's function is explained below

Select which Widgets to show in your Dashboard through the Widgets button in the upper-right corner of your Dashboard. 

Click it and the Dashboard Widget buttons appear in the upper-left corner. 

Widgets that you are currently viewing will have a check mark in the upper-right corner of the Widget button.

Click a Widget button to show it or hide it.

Tip Hover your mouse cursor over any of the charts to get a tooltip value for that item.

The Widgets Are

Income line chart: This is your payments including tax (and excluding Account Adjustments). Pick the preset date range in the upper-right corner (this week, previous month, this month...) or create a custom date range.

Sales line chart: This is what you invoiced minus tax. Pick the preset date range (last 7 days, last 30 days, this year...) or create a custom date range.

Accounts Receivable pie chart: shows your unpaid invoices of less than 30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and over 90 days.

Estimates pie chart: shows how many you've won or lost and how many are pending.

Stats list: pick the preset date range (previous week, last 30 days, previous year...) or create a custom date range to see your Average Dollar per Hour, Average Service Charge, Average Services per Day, and number of Callbacks.

Marketing bar chart: see your marketing campaign costs, returns, and return on investment percentages for any of the previously mentioned date ranges.

Recent Activities list: The most recent things done in Fieldwork (such as: Invoice paid, Work Order created, Route created, customer created/deleted...

Missed Appointments: See your five most recent missed appointments. Click View All to see all your missed appointments in Sales > Work Orders.

Overdue Invoices: See your five most recent invoices to make the overdue list. Click View All to see all your overdue invoices in Sales > Invoices.

You can move these around to suit your viewing needs. Place your mouse cursor over the heading of one of the Widgets. When your cursor turns to the move cursor, click and drag the Widget to a different location.
