Settings/Work Orders

In Settings/Work Orders, click the check box for [x] Include SDS and Label links

Settings/Materials

In Settings/Materials, open a material and attach the SD Sheet and Material Label by clicking the Choose File button. 

Find the PDF file on your computer, click it and click the Open button. 

Repeat with the other PDF file. Repeat with other materials.

Settings/Document Templates

Add the {attach_SDS_and_label} placeholder in the Work Order email template along with some verbiage, such as: 

If a material was used in your treatment you can view the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and the material label by clicking the links below: {attach_SDS_and_label} 

Settings/Customer Portal

Enable your Customer Portal, [x] Portal On/Off, and and select [x] Display SDS Sheets in Portal

Add the Material in the Work Order

In the mobile app, tap + Add to the right of the MATERIAL USE tab.

Add the material and enter the information for it as you normally do.

The Work Order Email

When you complete the Work Order, the email sent to the customer will contain the links for the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and the material label.
