Note This article shows one scenario of combining multiple services into one invoice. Keep in mind this works with any scenario where there are multiple services (work orders) in a given time period and the customer wants only one invoice.

Scenario: Customer has a Bi-Monthly and a Quarterly service and wants one invoice for both services and wants to be billed monthly.

Invoice one of the series with the dollar amount for both and set the other to no invoice.

For instance, set the Bi-Monthly service to a Billing Frequency of Monthly and the price would be for both Bi-Monthly and Quarterly services (Production Value equals the value of the Bi-Monthly service). Then, set the Quarterly service to No Invoice with the Production Value equal to the quarterly service.
