Add a contact if more than one person needs to receive an Invoice or Work Order email

Summary

Add additional email addresses for people to receive Invoices or Work Orders. These contacts can also receive Appointment Reminders and have access to the Customer Portal. Edit the Billing Page and click the green Add Contact button in the upper-right corner of your browser.

Billing Page

If you give access to the customer portal from the Billing Page, this person will see all locations in the account.

Enter the usual information and select the check boxes that apply to this contact.
* Email Invoices: include this person on invoice emails
* Email Work Orders: include this person on work order emails
* Email Appointment Reminders: include this person on appointment reminders
* Give access to customer portal: this contact will be able to log in with their email
and customer account number

Edit the Location Page and click the green Add Contact button in the upper-right corner of your browser.

Location Page

If you give access to the customer portal on the Location Page, this person will see only this location in the account.

Enter the usual information and select the check boxes that apply to this contact.

* Email Work Orders: Include this person on work order emails.

* Email Appointment Reminders: Include this person on email appointment reminders.

* Send Text Confirmations: Include this person for text confirmations on mobile phone numbers.

* Give access to customer portal: This contact will be able to login to portal with their email and location number.
