Open the Work Order and click Send Reminder

Note Text reminders are an additional $5 a month plus 3 cents per text to your monthly subscription.

Summary

Manually send a reminder to a customer from within a Work Order and clicking the Send Reminder button.

Key Points

If the Send Reminder button is not available it's related to one of the following:

  • Appointment Reminder is not enabled in Settings/Appointment Reminders, or

  • The selected reminder is set to Inactive

  • The Work Order does not have the correct Appointment Reminder set

  • The location does not have an email address on file

  • For text reminders, the location phone number is not there or is not set to Mobile

  • Send appointment reminders in the location page is set to Inactive

  • The Work Order does not have the correct Appointment Reminder set

  • The location does not have an email address on file

  • For text reminders, the location phone number is not there or is not set to Mobile

  • Send appointment reminders in the location page is set to Inactive
